ASTTI, the Swiss Association of Translators, Terminologists and
Interpreters, is delighted to invite you to its fourth Financial
Translation Summer School, which will be held in Spiez, in the heart of
Switzerland, from 3 to 5 July 2013.

Located in the centre of Europe, Spiez is a historic little town
nestling on the shore of Lake Thun, some thirty kilometres from Bern,
the capital of Switzerland. The town is easily accessible by motorway or
by train from any of Switzerland’s three airports.

The Summer School will be held in the ABZ training centre, in a calm
district a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and harbour. It offers
one of the finest views in Switzerland, with lake, mountains and
pasture within sight. This idyllic setting provides a relaxed but
studious environment. The availability of on-site accommodation will
allow you to renew contact with other Summer school participants, both
speakers and fellow-students.

The Financial Translation Summer School is increasingly becoming a
meeting-place for clients and service providers. This is an opportunity
to meet colleagues from a broad range of backgrounds in Europe and
beyond, as well as specialists from the world of economics, finance and
banking. So that you can relax and enjoy the scenery, as well as benefit
from a little networking, we are planning a dinner-cruise on board a
Lake Thun ship on 4 July.
